Why now

Infrastructure, risk, and skills — not ideas — are what stall enterprise AI.

Most enterprise AI programs already have the business case. What's missing is the network, the security posture, and the senior bandwidth to put it into production. The numbers below are what enterprise leaders told the field this year.

of enterprise leaders fear losing business to competitors with more modern, AI-ready infrastructure.

The three barriers

Where enterprise AI actually stalls.

The hard problems aren't the models. They're the execution path between a working prototype and a production environment your CISO and your CFO can both sign off on.

01 — INFRASTRUCTURE COMPLEXITY

Legacy systems weren't designed for AI workloads.

Modernizing compute, network fabric, and storage for GPU clusters and inference traffic without breaking what the business already runs on.

02 — SECURITY & GOVERNANCE RISK

Zero-trust controls and compliance, applied to AI.

New threat surfaces — prompt injection, model exfiltration, agent-to-agent risk — meeting old audit requirements. Both have to pass.

03 — EXECUTION & SKILLS GAP

Senior engineering capacity is the rate-limiter.

The bench that can architect, deploy, and operate AI infrastructure at production scale is small — and rarely sitting on your internal team's roadmap.

What we do

Four primary practice areas. One senior bench.

We architect, deploy, and stabilize the infrastructure that runs your business — then leave your team stronger than we found it.

Why Ngenium AI

Senior engineers on day one — not after a quarter of onboarding.

Every engagement is led by practitioners who have stood up production networks in healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and the public sector. We embed alongside your team, share our runbooks, and leave the environment cleaner than we found it.

  • Multi-vendor by default. We design for the network you have and the one you're moving to.
  • Architecture & delivery in one team. The engineer who designs it is the engineer who cuts it over.
  • Operational discipline. Method-of-procedure, rollback, and observability in every change window.

Frequently asked

Answers to what buyers usually ask first.

What is Ngenium AI?

Ngenium AI is a services-only IT engineering firm based in Plano, Texas, delivering senior engineer led network, security, cloud, and AI infrastructure work for enterprises, mid-market organizations, and Cisco channel partners. We design, deploy, and operate the infrastructure that runs the business and build the AI applications that run on it — and never resell hardware or software.

Does Ngenium AI resell hardware or software?

No. Ngenium AI is services-only: we never sell or license hardware or software, and we carry no product margin, so our recommendations follow your architecture and your interests — not a vendor price list. We do engineer software — AI applications and tooling built for a client under a services contract, which the client owns. That is delivery, not resale.

Is Ngenium AI a Cisco partner?

Yes. Ngenium AI is a Cisco channel partner with deep expertise across the Cisco portfolio, including Catalyst, Nexus, Meraki, ACI, Cisco AI PODs, the Cisco Secure AI Factory with NVIDIA, AI Defense, and Hypershield.

What industries does Ngenium AI serve?

We work primarily in regulated and mission-critical environments: Healthcare, Insurance, Banking & Financial Services, Manufacturing, Transportation, Utilities, Higher Education, and the Public Sector.

Where is Ngenium AI located?

Ngenium AI is headquartered in Plano, Texas, and engages customers across the United States, Canada, and Europe. Reach us at sales-US@ngenium.ai or +1 (559) 825-8883.

How do I get started with Ngenium AI?

Start with a scoping call. A senior engineer — not a salesperson — will spend 30 minutes understanding your environment and giving you an honest read on fit and approach. Email sales-US@ngenium.ai or use the form on the Contact page.

Ngenium AI builds software now — is it still services-only?

Yes, and the distinction matters. Services-only has always meant one thing at Ngenium: we carry no product margin. We do not sell hardware, we do not sell or license software, and no vendor price list influences what we recommend. When we build an AI application or engineering tooling for a customer, that is engineering work delivered under a services contract and the customer owns the result. Building software for you does not give us a reason to recommend the wrong platform to you. Selling you someone else's would.
